We’re growing our People & Culture team and looking for a Colleague Experience Specialist to help shape a workplace where colleagues feel supported, engaged and able to develop. If you enjoy improving colleague experience and bringing ideas to life, this role could be a great fit.
What you’ll do
Deliver initiatives that improve key moments across the colleague journey, including onboarding, engagement and recognition
Create simple, practical learning and compliance resources that support development
Use colleague feedback and survey insights to spot themes and guide improvements
Support culture, learning and change projects that help teams thrive
Shape clear, accessible communication that brings development plans to life
What you’ll bring
A people‑first approach and the ability to build trusted relationships
Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with colleagues at all levels
Experience in HR, Learning & Development or Organisational Development (CIPD Level 3 helpful but not essential)
Understanding of regulatory learning needs within a safe, skilled workforce
Ability to use data, manage projects and balance detail with deadlines
Curiosity, creativity and a drive for continuous improvement
