We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, with a shared service centre in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code helps move us closer to a healthier future. Join us and be part of the team making that future possible.
The role
As our Clinical Service Manager for Prescribing, you will be the operational heart of our specialist prescribing workstream. In this role, you don't just supervise—you own the delivery and clinical excellence of your service.
Your mission is to lead a high-performing team of prescribers, ensuring they are empowered to provide accessible, safe, and clinically effective care. You will act as the vital link between people leadership and technical agility, using data-driven insights and our innovative digital tools to ensure every patient receives timely support while maintaining a sustainable and motivated workforce.
In this position, you will lead by example, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the organization—from Clinical Leads to our Product and Engineering teams—to ensure our digital-first care models are high-quality, audit-ready, and impactful.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence & Workstream OwnershipOwn and drive the end-to-end operational performance of the prescriber workstreams, acting as the real-time lead to ensure patient access, safety, and flow.
Take accountability for core KPIs (utilization, access, waitlists) through active performance management, anticipating risks, and reallocating capacity to prevent bottlenecks.
Translate live data into decisive action, using forward-looking insights to protect performance and challenging data when necessary.
Relentlessly optimize workflows through rapid "build-measure-learn" cycles, removing friction and automating processes alongside our Product and Engineering teams.
Manage system-wide dependencies and surface risks early to drive cross-functional resolution with a strong bias for action.
People Leadership & Coaching
Provide high-impact clinical and operational coaching to raise the bar of excellence and ensure the team embodies our core standards.
Independently manage the full employee lifecycle, including high-stakes performance conversations and professional development plans.
Own the succession plan for your team by identifying and preparing the next generation of senior leaders.
Foster a "net contributor" mindset where team members are encouraged to flag inefficiencies and contribute to the collective success of the department.
Strategic Scaling & Change Management
Own and refine the onboarding "blueprints" for new prescribers to decrease the time to competency as we grow.
Serve as the lead champion for internal product launches and operational changes, such as new AI tools or platform features.
Translate technical updates into "clinical reality" for your team to ensure rapid adoption and effective feedback loops.
Governance, Risk & Quality Assurance
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of all required quality assurance and clinical governance activities.
Proactively identify service-level vulnerabilities, such as safeguarding gaps or rota risks, and design robust continuity plans to mitigate them.
Lead "Incident Reflection" sessions following service errors to conduct root cause analysis and update SOPs to prevent recurrence.
