This is a fully remote, work from home role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK.
As a Centre Compliance Officer, you will coordinate and conduct a range of centre compliance activities, including malpractice and maladministration investigations, appeals, centre withdrawals, conflict of interest management and responses to centre closures.
Working closely with the Centre Compliance Manager, you will support the effective implementation of regulatory requirements while helping centres understand and meet their responsibilities.
You will become a subject matter expert in centre compliance, providing advice, guidance and support to colleagues and centres, whilst contributing to the continuous improvement of policies, procedures and working practices.
What you’ll be doing:
Conducting and coordinating investigations into suspected malpractice and maladministration.
Preparing investigation reports, recommendations and regulatory notifications.
Coordinating action plans, sanctions and remedial activities to successful completion.
Supporting appeals processes and appeal panel activities.
Reviewing and monitoring centre-related conflict of interest declarations.
What we’re looking for:
We’re keen to hear from individuals who can bring a mix of experience, insight, and enthusiasm to this role. You’ll be an organised and detail-focused professional who can manage complex issues while maintaining excellent customer service and communication standards.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Experience working within a regulated environment, awarding organisation, education provider, quality assurance or compliance function.
Experience managing or coordinating investigations, compliance cases, complaints or quality assurance activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to evaluate evidence and produce clear reports and recommendations.
Guided by our values of Partnership, Integrity, Quality and Originality, we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace where diverse perspectives are respected and valued.
