About The Role
The Careers Coach will support learners to explore their future pathways and develop the confidence, skills, and knowledge needed to progress into education, training, employment, or apprenticeships. Working as part of the Careers Team, the role will provide coaching-style support through one-to-one and group sessions, helping learners understand their options, prepare applications, and take positive next steps. Following successful completion of the Level 6 Careers Guidance qualification, the role will progress to Careers Adviser.
The safety and welfare of children is paramount to SCL, all applicants will be subject to thorough background checks to ensure their suitability to work with children. These will include, but are not limited to; reference checks, police checks, DBS checks and qualification checks.
