Location: Homebased with very occasional meetings in London and across the UK

Temporary: 12 months fixed term contract

Working hours: 25 - 30 hours per week (open to flexibility)

Salary: £25,866 - £30,455 pa depending on experience – Grade M **

  • We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Officer – Operations, to provide direct support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Director of UK Operations. This pivotal role ensures the smooth running of the UK Operations Team and contributes to the wider success of the organisation.     You will be responsible for: 

    • To deliver high-level administrative support to the COO and Director of UK Operations, enabling them to operate efficiently and effectively.

    • To support the day-to-day operations of the UK Operations Team, ensuring robust processes and smooth coordination.

    • To provide cover and additional support to the Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team when required.

    • To manage diaries, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and documentation with precision and professionalism.

    • To contribute to financial administration, data reporting, and event coordination in line with organisational policies and strategic goals.


    What we are looking for:

    We’re looking for someone with

    • Strong administration knowledge within the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint.

    • Solid understanding and hands-on experience with basic financial procedures.

    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in roles where building strong interpersonal relationships is essential to achieving success.

    • Experience of problem-solving in the context of administrative support.

    • Proven ability to maintain accurate, high-quality records.

    **The geographical allowance is based on a member of staff having a home or office-based postcode within 30 miles (as the crow flies) from Charing Cross, WC2N 5HS. The allowance is 7% capped at £4,000 per annum.
