Currently we provide over 100 companies with anything from half hour webinars through to full day programmes. Clients include leading banks, legal and insurance companies.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a creative and collaborative Business Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to develop engaging content that supports their mission, work closely with them to tailor messaging, and help coordinate our events. If you are passionate about employee engagement and love crafting meaningful programmes, we’d love to hear from you.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead new business and develop existing relationships

    • Develop compelling content focused on work-life balance and employee wellbeing

    • Create relationships with existing and new clients

    • Collaborate with clients to tailor content to their specific needs and goals

    • Coordinate and support the delivery of seminars, webinars, and events

    • Measure and report on the impact of content and initiatives

    • Stay up to date with trends in HR, DEI, and workplace wellbeing

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Experienced client management skills

    • Idea generation skills to support client needs

    • Understanding of corporate HR, DEI, ERG and employee engagement topics

    • Proven sales experience

    • Excellent communication and client service skills

    • Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely

    Working Hours and Package

    • Full time role but flexible for the right candidate

    • Salary and package based on experience
