We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and confident Business Manager to provide dedicated support to the Managing Director of our Active Neuro Division.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant or Business Support professional looking to step into a broader, more operationally focused role. Combining high-level executive support with project coordination, stakeholder management and operational oversight, you will act as a trusted support partner to the Managing Director and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the division.
The successful candidate will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities, and is comfortable working independently while representing the Managing Director across the business when required.

Location: Remote role with regular travel across Active Neuro services, events and Head Office (Waterloo)
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Travel: Frequent travel required (average 3 days per week)While a South-based candidate would be preferred due to the travel requirements of the role, we welcome applications from candidates who are able and willing to travel regularly in line with business needs.
What you'll be doing:
Providing high-level Executive Assistant support to the Managing Director
Managing complex diary coordination, scheduling and prioritisation
Organising travel, accommodation and meeting logistics across multiple locations
Preparing meeting agendas, attending meetings and capturing notes/actions where required
Supporting with communications, presentations and reporting
Acting as a key point of contact on behalf of the Managing Director
Supporting divisional projects, operational initiatives and business priorities
Coordinating leadership meetings, engagement events and divisional activities
Building effective working relationships with stakeholders across services and Head Office
Attending services and meetings independently to represent the Managing Director where appropriate
Supporting decision-making, follow-up actions and accountability across the division
Helping to ensure smooth coordination and communication across the Active Neuro Division
What we would like from you:
Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, Senior Administrator or similar role supporting senior leaders
Exceptional organisational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy and fast-moving environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with confidence engaging with senior stakeholders
Ability to work autonomously, use initiative and maintain confidentiality
Experience coordinating meetings, events and business activities
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Confident using Microsoft Office and business systems
Flexible approach to working hours, including occasional weekend working where required
Full driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
