    Are you a "hunter" who is bored of old-school, high-volume "spray and pray" sales? Do you want to work for a company that treats AI as a superpower for research and personalisation rather than just a novelty?

    I am currently partnering with a cutting-edge, UK-headquartered technology provider that is transforming how global enterprises manage their external workforces. They are looking for a sharp, self-driven Business Development Representative to join their remote-first team.


    The Role

    This isn’t about hitting meaningless volume KPIs; we care about precision and relevance. Your goal is to turn high-quality, qualified prospects into booked discovery calls for the sales team. You will work from a curated list of accounts while using your own research instincts to identify and enrich new opportunities.

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Targeted Outreach: Running intelligent, multi-channel campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Phone) that sound human and earn a reply.

    • Strategic Prospecting: Identifying accounts that fit the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and enriching them with smart signals like hiring patterns and freelancer spend.

    • AI-First Workflow: Using tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Clay, and Apollo as a core part of your day for research, list-building, and message-crafting.

    • Pipeline Management: Maintaining a crystal-clean HubSpot CRM and reporting back on what messaging is landing with the market.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Proven Track Record: 1–2+ years in a BDR/SDR role within B2B SaaS, with a history of hitting meeting targets.

    • Exceptional Communication: You can write outreach that lands a point in two sentences without using corporate fluff.

    • Tech-Forward Mindset: You treat AI as leverage, not a novelty, and are comfortable using it to augment your daily workflow.

    • Self-Driven: You can run your own day effectively in a 100% remote environment and possess native/fluent English skills.

    • Bonus Points: Experience selling into HR, Finance, or Procurement, or familiarity with tools like Lemlist or Smartlead.
