Are you ready to make your mark in a fast-paced environment where fun, hard work, and striving for the best are at the core of everything we do?
At Pinnacle Pet Group, we are looking for a driven Business Development Executive for the UK market. You will join a collaborative and supportive team environment, where we champion a modern way of working and place a strong focus on your work-life balance. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into exciting and meaningful projects and the ability to make a real impact from day one.
What You’ll Be DoingYou will play a vital role in supporting the development and delivery of our local partnership pipeline. This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across the full business development lifecycle, with a particular focus on market mapping, prospecting, and partner engagement.
Build the Pipeline: Collaboratively develop prospective partners across white-label, co-brand, affiliate and other relevant local partnership models.
Market Mapping & Outreach: Conduct market research and target mapping to identify new opportunities, while undertaking early-stage prospecting and qualification.
Pitch & Propose: Actively participate in partner pitches and meetings and contribute to commercial business cases and proposals.
Negotiate & Close: Support commercial negotiations through preparation and active follow-up, taking ownership of opportunity tracking to ensure active discussions maintain momentum.
Grow & Lead: Operate with self-sufficiency with a clear expectation of growing into broader commercial responsibilities, such as leading pitches and owning opportunities directly.
What You’ll BringExperience in business development, partnerships, sales support, or similar commercial roles.
Confident communication skills to engage professionally with both external partners and internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical capabilities, including comfort working with commercial information and financial assumptions.
A commercially aware mindset backed by strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
A self-motivated, proactive approach and a genuine willingness to learn and develop.
Experience in financial services is beneficial, and a background in the insurance sector is highly advantageous.
If you have strong attention to detail and are ready to shape propositions and challenge assumptions alongside great internal stakeholders, we want to hear from you. Come join the team and help us build partnerships that matter!
