    H-Seventeen, an independent recruitment agency, is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to support our growth by increasing brand awareness and promoting our candidates across the manufacturing, engineering, and related sectors.

    The role will involve:

    • Making outbound B2B calls to warm and cold prospects

    • Introducing and promoting our bank of high-quality candidates

    • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers

    • Holding professional, confident conversations over the phone

    • Generating interest, booking follow-ups, and closing consistently

    • Updating a simple spreadsheet with notes and outcomes

    • Sending templated follow-up emails when required

    What we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in B2B telemarketing or telesales

    • A confident, professional telephone manner

    • Strong relationship-building and closing ability

    • Comfortable working independently from home

    • Highly self-motivated and able to hit activity targets

    • Someone who genuinely enjoys being on the phone most of the day

    • Reliable, organised, and consistent work ethic
