    Job description

    We’re looking for an inspiring and organised leader to take charge of our Administration Team and ensure the delivery of proactive, high‑quality administrative support. You will oversee day‑to‑day operations, develop a high‑performing team, and take action where performance needs improvement.

    The role involves planning and allocating workloads effectively, anticipating challenges, and ensuring resources are used efficiently. You will build strong working relationships with stakeholders, understand their needs and ensure the right support is in place while upholding organisational policies.

    You’ll contribute to improving and implementing effective administrative processes across a wide range of services and locations, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and reliability.

    The role also includes resolving service issues, monitoring risks, and ensuring systems remain adaptable to business needs. You will provide accurate management information and performance data to support decision‑making, and ensure all activity complies with data protection, information security, and corporate policies.

    Some of your responsibilities will include:

    • Lead, direct and develop a professional, agile multidisciplinary administration team

    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and sharing of knowledge to improve efficiency, raise productivity and enhance customer service

    • Identify, manage and resolve problems, risks and issues withing the domain of Operations.

    To be successful in this role you’ll need:

    • Effective management and deployment of resources ensuring business needs are achieved

    • Continuous review and development of systems and processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose and efficient

    • Forge good relations and manage the interdependencies between administration and stakeholders, monitoring customer satisfaction in order to safeguard high standards of service provision
