The role
You’ll play an important part in delivering our mission. In this role, you’ll:
Lead software engineering capability: Manage and mentor a team of senior engineers and suppliers to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient services.
Drive technical excellence: Oversee the design, development, and testing of applications, ensuring compliance with standards and best practice.
Collaborate for success: Work closely with stakeholders to align solutions with business needs and user requirements.

We will be looking for specific skills, knowledge and experience in your application form:
Proven leadership experience: Managing and mentoring software engineering teams in an agile environment, driving best practice and continuous improvement.
Technical expertise: Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and techniques, CI/CD pipelines, and modern application development using .NET, D365, Power Platform, and Azure services.
Delivery track record: Designing, building, and maintaining secure, scalable applications, including experience with modern web frameworks such as React or Angular.
