We are seeking an innovative AI Agent Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent agents that can understand user needs and perform tasks autonomously. You will be at the forefront of creating AI systems that can reason, learn, and interact naturally with humans.
Responsibilities
Design and develop AI agents using large language models and other machine learning approaches
Implement natural language understanding and generation capabilities for intelligent interactions
Create systems for reasoning, planning, and decision-making in complex scenarios
Optimise agent performance, reliability, and response quality
Develop tools and frameworks to evaluate and improve agent capabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agents into products and services
Stay current with the latest research and advancements in AI agent technology
Implement ethical AI principles and address potential biases in agent behaviour
Requirements
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
3+ years of experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI development
Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Experience with large language models and prompt engineering
Knowledge of reinforcement learning and agent-based systems
Understanding of NLP techniques and conversational AI development
Experience with cloud computing platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a research-oriented environment
