Role Purpose
As an Affiliate and Partnerships Manager at LearnWorlds, you will help grow our global partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating high quality affiliates, publishers, creators, e-learning agencies and consultancies.
Your main focus will be partner acquisition and activation. You will run proactive outreach, manage inbound applications, and help turn promising partner relationships into qualified leads, trials, customers, and revenue.
You will work across our affiliate and partner ecosystem, including PartnerStack, Rakuten, direct affiliates, publishers, sub-networks, agencies, consultants, and selected reseller opportunities. Because our partner network is global, occasional flexibility may be needed for early or late calls across time zones, with working time balanced accordingly.
What you will do
Identify high potential affiliates, publishers, creators, e-learning agencies, e-learning consultancies, implementation partners, consultants, and other education focused partners who are a strong fit for LearnWorlds.
Run proactive outreach campaigns, qualify opportunities, and turn promising contacts into active partners.
Find ways to automate and scale partner research and outreach, including list building, segmentation, personalized messaging, follow ups, and outreach tracking.
Manage the full partner acquisition process, from first outreach and intro calls to negotiation, approval, onboarding, and activation.
Help new partners understand LearnWorlds, our audience, our value proposition, and the best ways to promote us.
Assess partner quality and promotional methods, including PPC behavior, brand bidding, coupon/discount usage, traffic hijacking, attribution risk, and potential channel cannibalization. Escalate or recommend partner restrictions, suspension, or termination where needed.
Work with internal teams to create and share partner resources, such as onboarding emails, product messaging, campaign briefs, presentations, promotional ideas, email copy, and enablement materials.
Monitor partner performance across channels such as PartnerStack and Rakuten.
Track key metrics such as applications, approved partners, activated partners, traffic, trials, customers, revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
Prepare clear updates for the Head of Affiliate and Partnerships and other internal stakeholders.
Work with marketing, sales, content, creative, data, finance, legal, and product marketing to support partner success, campaigns, tracking, reporting, payouts, and compliance.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, partnerships, performance marketing, or a similar growth focused role.
Experience in SaaS, EdTech, creator economy, online learning, marketplace, or B2B software is a strong plus.
Proven experience recruiting and activating affiliates or partners online, including outreach, discovery calls, negotiation, onboarding, and follow up is a must.
Strong affiliate acquisition mindset, with the ability to identify good fit partners, build trust, negotiate, and convert potential partners into active LearnWorlds promoters.
Hands on experience with platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, or similar tools.
Experience with outreach, CRM, or automation tools is a plus.
Interest in using AI and automation to improve partner research, outreach, onboarding, reporting, follow ups, and internal workflows.
Good understanding of affiliate business models, including revenue share, CPA, commission structures, attribution, tracking, partner quality, and ROI.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn performance data into clear actions.
Excellent written and spoken English. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
Organized, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable managing several priorities at the same time.
Comfortable working with partners across different regions and time zones, with occasional early or late calls when needed and the ability to balance working time accordingly.
