    The Role

    We are looking for a highly organised and detail-driven Administrator to organise our webinars, programmes and events across our two organisations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with others, managing processes and communications to ensure everything runs smoothly.

    You will play a central role in delivering support programmes, bespoke client sessions, webinars, roundtables, podcasts and conferences, working closely with internal teams, speakers, facilitators and clients.

    Key Responsibilities

     Coordinate end-to-end delivery of webinars, programmes and online events using Zoom and Teams

     Liaise with speakers and facilitators, managing briefs, booking forms, slides and approvals

     Manage event communications, registrations, reminders and tailored client emails

     Track attendance and engagement, maintaining accurate spreadsheets and client records

     Support bespoke client sessions, including scheduling, pre-event coordination and post-event follow-up

    Manage recordings, handouts and post-event communications

     Support larger events, conferences and awards, including guest management and logistics

     Maintain our central online files (sharepoint), excel spreadsheets and CRMs

     Provide general team and programme administration support

    About You

     Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

     Strong written communication skills

     Confident coordinating multiple projects at once

     Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

     Comfortable working with senior clients ensuring their needs are met

     Experienced in events, programmes, or coordination roles

     Confident using technology solutions such as CRMs, Outlook, Zoom, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

     Confident with mail merges
