Administration Executive
Employer: Pink Spaghetti - Wirral, Ellesmere Port & Runcorn
Location: Working with a remote friendly, supportive team. Meeting up in person several times a year. Within a 20-mile radius of Frodsham is preferred but not essential.
Working hours: We are seeking a part-time person, 25 hours a week spread over 4-5 days, Monday – Friday during office hours. Set hours which can easily fit in with school run hours if required.
Salary: Starting salary of £24,570 - £26,325 per annum pro rata (equivalent to £12.60 – £13.50 per hour, based on 37.5 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage client accounts: Manage day to day communication, plan workload and liaise with clients in addition to delivering
their work.
Email Management: Organise and prioritise clients’ inboxes, respond professionally on their behalf, and ensure nothing
important slips through the cracks.
Diary Management: Coordinate appointments, manage bookings, and help clients stay on top of their schedules.
Data Entry: Accurately input and organise data to support clients’ business operations.
Customer Support: Handle phone calls and emails with warmth, efficiency, and professionalism, ensuring clients and their
customers feel valued.
Bookkeeping Support: Provide administrative assistance around bookkeeping tasks, such as chasing invoices and filing
expenses.
Process Documentation: Develop clear and concise process documentation to help streamline tasks and ensure consistency
for clients.
Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify opportunities to improve processes, resolve issues independently where possible, and
know when to ask for support or clarification from clients.
Research: Conducting research on a range of topics as required by the clients.
About you:
To excel in this role, you’ll need to:
Be customer-service focused with a warm, approachable manner and a proactive attitude.
Be highly organised, with strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
Have excellent technical ability, with confidence using tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRMs, Xero or
FreeAgent and scheduling systems.
Be comfortable working independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
Be confident communicating with clients to clarify instructions or expectations.
Be able to document processes clearly and concisely for others to follow.
Possess a positive and can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to the needs of different clients.
Have superb attention to detail.
Have evidence of 3-5 years of administration experience.
This is an employed position and therefore not suitable for freelancers.
