We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Physiotherapy Account Manager to oversee and coordinate physiotherapy services within occupational health settings. This role combines commercial acumen with strategic account management to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services to corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, organisational, and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
Conduct regular client reviews and service evaluations.
Coordinate and monitor physiotherapy services across client sites.
Ensure clinical standards and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Support the implementation of early intervention and return-to-work programs.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for new business.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support growth initiatives.
Work with operational teams to ensure the clinical staff have a clear understanding of client requirements to ensure quality bespoke delivery
Analyze service data and prepare performance reports for clients.
Use insights to recommend improvements and demonstrate value
Experience & Skills:
Experience in account management or client-facing roles is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce and healthcare management systems.
Desirable Attributes:
Commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Passion for improving workplace health and employee wellbeing.
Strong understanding of workplace health, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
A Physiotherapy background.
