    At Atos, leading accessibility support for an Enterprise customer means working with multiple stakeholders, supporting the Service Desk, collaborating with governance teams, and mentoring junior staff.

    Working in Accessibility allows you to make a real difference in the inclusion of persons with disability in the workforce. This role goes beyond testing tools for compliance to working directly with users to ensure their place of work is as inclusive as possible.

    • Autonomy/Trust:

    While you will work closely with other Atos stakeholders, as Accessibility lead you will be responsible for the delivery of Accessibility services to the customer. Reporting into the Atos Head of Accessibility for the UK, you will be the point of contact with the customer’s Accessibility teams.

    • Market leader:

    You will join a leading global Accessibility team to share expertise, promote best practices, and help develop Accessibility standards.

     

    Skills we can’t do without:

     

    • Proven experience in Accessibility — at least 4 years in an accessibility-focused role,

    With hands-on responsibility for managing customer expectations and delivering accessibility

    solutions.

    • Knowledge of assistive technology - experience in using assistive technology (e.g. JAWS, ZoomText, Dragon, and peripherals) to carry out day-to-day activities.

    • Accessibility testing – familiarity with WCAG 2.2 and testing native Android and iOS applications.

    • Strong stakeholder management — experience collaborating with the wider account teams,

    including Service Desk operations and government customer teams.

    • Leadership capability — ability to oversee and support a small team while maintaining

    a collaborative working style.

    • Excellent cross-team collaboration skills — proven ability to work effectively with

    multiple internal and external teams to ensure accessibility compliance and quality delivery.

     

    Educational Background and Qualifications:

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Equivalent Industry Experience.

    • Professional Certification - IAAP CPACC or similar
