Senior Growth Product Manager

Employer: Oviva

Location: Remote, UK

Working hours: Full time

Salary: Not listed

  • At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalised, clinically effective care accessible to everyone and to deliver against our vision of becoming Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform.

Our digital programmes support people living with weight-related illnesses. While weight loss is a goal for many, our approach is about so much more: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

We’ve already supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany, with a shared service centre in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code helps move us closer to a healthier future. Join us and be part of the team making that future possible.

To support our growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Product Growth Manager.

    The Role

As a Senior Growth Product Manager, you will be a key driver within the Pathways Team - the group responsible for how we engage and support our patients throughout their treatment. Reporting to the Director of Treatment Pathways, you will work cross-functionally with our Clinical, CRM, and Data teams to scale our impact.

This is a non-traditional product role. Rather than managing a squad of developers to build new app features, your "product" is the end-to-end patient journey. You will identify and remove operational and digital bottlenecks as we scale to support thousands of people at once.

Your mission is to ensure every patient receives the right support at the right time. You will design automated communication journeys and coordinated human touchpoints to improve retention and ensure no patient is left behind.

    Job requirements

    • Product Growth Experience: Solid experience in product growth, lifecycle marketing, or digital customer journeys, ideally within a high-growth environment.

    • Lateral Leadership: Proven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct line management authority.

    • Analytical Rigour: Comfort working with complex data sets to create measurement frameworks and conduct A/B testing.

    • Stakeholder Management: The ability to build trust and speak the "languages" of different departments, from clinical experts to technical CRM specialists.

    • Language: Fluent English (German is a strong plus).

    Job responsibilities

    • Pathway Growth & Outcomes: You will lead the strategy for patient engagement and retention to drive long-term value (LTV). Applying a product mindset, you will develop hypotheses, design structured experiments, and rapidly iterate based on data to ensure more patients successfully complete their treatment.

    • Strategic Collaboration: As the link between departments, you will partner with CRM, Design, and Copywriting teams to transform clinical requirements into seamless digital journeys. You will ensure all technical and creative outputs align with the overarching pathway goals.

    • Evidence-Based Digital Health: Working with our Clinical Leadership Team, you will integrate behaviour change science and digital therapy best practices into the patient experience, ensuring our "nudges" are both clinically effective and engaging.

    • Data-Driven Optimisation: In collaboration with Data Science and BI, you will continuously analyse patient data to identify friction points. You’ll be responsible for uncovering new opportunities and providing data-backed recommendations to improve the treatment journey.

    • Strategy & OKR Execution: You will help shape the long-term vision for Oviva’s patient pathways. You will take full ownership of your quarterly OKRs, managing your own roadmap to ensure every initiative contributes to scaling our impact.

    Job benefits

    • A mission-driven environment focused on making a real-world impact.

    • High-growth opportunities with a clear path to broader strategic leadership.

    • A flexible remote/hybrid work culture across the UK, Germany, Switzerland and Poland.

    • Annual learning & development budget.

    • Home working allowance and flexible working hours.

    • Competitive compensation, benefits, and inclusive policies (enhanced leave, etc.)

Having a culture that people want to work in is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do:

We put the patient first, We empower our teams, We make it happen

Oviva is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities.
