Role Outline:
To enable Agile teams to consistently deliver customer value by providing coaching, facilitating Scrum events and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of platform improvements, technical enhancements and product rollouts across our health tech ecosystem.The Delivery Manager will work with one or more Agile teams and apply Agile best practices to ensure timely, high-quality delivery, strong reporting and planning discipline, while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and clinical governance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery, ensuring scope, quality, and timelines are met. You'll work closely with Product and Tech Leads to maintain integrated delivery plans, manage risks, and provide clear progress reporting. A strong advocate for Agile practices, you will facilitate ceremonies, foster a collaborative team culture, and drive process improvements using Agile metrics to optimise delivery. You will coordinate with stakeholders, align priorities, and manage dependencies across multiple teams while ensuring compliance with standards such as UK GDPR, ISO 27001, and NHS DSPT. If you have a passion for enabling high-performing teams and delivering high-quality, compliant software.What we are looking for:
We are looking for a highly skilled Delivery Manager with proven experience in technical or product-focused environments, including working with remote and distributed teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong servant leader mindset, a track record of delivering software on time and to agreed outcomes, and expertise in Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban. You will excel at facilitating Agile ceremonies, managing the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and using data and metrics to drive predictability and continuous improvement. Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, alongside a proactive approach suited to fast-paced, evolving environments. Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 9001, or NHS DSPT is desirable, as is a passion for modern Agile delivery practices and fostering team success.
