As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and support the ongoing development of our finance function.
The Role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the finance function and in supporting the continued growth of the organisation.
This role offers a broad remit across financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic support, providing exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Group Financial Controller in the day-to-day running of the finance department
Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for all group entities, including consolidated accounts
Oversee the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations across all entities
Own and manage the cash reporting process, including regular cashflow reporting
Support month-end and year-end processes, including preparation for external audits
Contribute to business planning, pricing strategy, and cost analysis as required
Support payroll review and reconciliation processes
Assist with M&A integration activities where applicable
Lead and support process improvements and change initiatives within the finance function
Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to the wider business as required
About You
We’re looking for a qualified finance professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
Essential Experience
Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
2+ years post-qualification experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite
Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
Strong communication skills with the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders
Desirable Experience
Experience using an ERP system (NetSuite experience would be advantageous)
