    As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Finance Manager to join our team and support the ongoing development of our finance function.

    The Role

    Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the finance function and in supporting the continued growth of the organisation.

    This role offers a broad remit across financial reporting, process improvement, and strategic support, providing exposure to senior stakeholders and the wider business.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the Group Financial Controller in the day-to-day running of the finance department

    • Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting schedules for all group entities, including consolidated accounts

    • Oversee the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations across all entities

    • Own and manage the cash reporting process, including regular cashflow reporting

    • Support month-end and year-end processes, including preparation for external audits

    • Contribute to business planning, pricing strategy, and cost analysis as required

    • Support payroll review and reconciliation processes

    • Assist with M&A integration activities where applicable

    • Lead and support process improvements and change initiatives within the finance function

    • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to the wider business as required

    About You

    We’re looking for a qualified finance professional who is comfortable working in a dynamic, growing organisation and collaborating with colleagues across the business.

    Essential Experience

    • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)

    • 2+ years post-qualification experience

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Microsoft Office suite

    • Experience preparing management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations

    • Strong communication skills with the confidence to partner with senior stakeholders


    Desirable Experience

    • Experience using an ERP system (NetSuite experience would be advantageous)
