Working at HR Prime

HR Prime team members have the choice of working from our offices in Frinton on Sea, or remotely, as well as working with our clients on either a remote or in-person basis.

The HR Prime team prides ourselves on our flexible approach, delivering services in a way that suits our clients, and is tailored to their own (and the teams) individual needs.

We also offer all training services remotely, including management mentoring, HR training, DISC behaviour profiling, and a free monthly Lunch and Learn (on Zoom) where we cover an HR topic each month.

We have won and been entered for numerous awards, and as a team we strive to deliver an outstanding service. We communicate a range of complex information, and manage a range of cases, ensuring that we always show respect, transparency and fairness to our clients and their staff.

As a team we are also committed to supporting charities, we run regular free information drop ins, are Board Members of local charities, we deliver CV writing and interview workshop to disability charities, we provide CV workshops to local schools, and we also offer bespoke charity packages. Within the team, we have 3 qualified mental health first aiders, as well as members with significant experience in neurodiversity, disability and equality.

We also run an online HR community, HR People Hub, which creates a space for HR professionals to share best practice and access training and development opportunities. This is free to join, and we have regular guest speakers and members sharing their expertise with the group.
