    OVERVIEW & JOB SUMMARY

    Liaison Care partners with ICBs and Local Authorities across England and Wales to deliver high-quality, innovative support. As a fast-growing specialist in health and care service management, we are proud of our strong reputation and commitment to excellence.  We are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Manager to lead the Programme Management, Programme Reporting, and Programme Booking functions within our dynamic and expanding Transformation Team.

    This role leads programme management, reporting, and booking functions for multiple clients within the Transformation Team. It includes oversight of performance, financial, and clinical data; managing complaints procedure; supporting commissioning and clinical teams; and ensuring accurate reporting and risk management. The postholder will also liaise with clients, lead performance meetings, and contribute centrally to team operations.

    PRINCIPAL TASKS & ACTIVITIES

    ·       Leading weekly performance meetings and liaising with clients to ensure data accuracy.

    ·       Provide cover for the management of the Booking System and staff that underpins delivery of the Transformation Programme.

    ·       Producing financial, performance, productivity, and client reports, including PIDs and Board Performance Reports.

    ·       Cover other Programme Managers leave, and absence as required.

    ·       Provide support and cover for the management of commissioning and clinical data within the Flo system.

    ·       Manage the receipt, documentation, and reporting of all complaints related to the Transformation Team’s work.

    ·       Developing and updating Risk Registers and Quality Reports.

    ·       Producing fortnightly financial reports, weekly performance reports, and analysis for client meetings.

    ·       Maintain a current and accurate overview of all client-related activities within assigned programmes

    ·       Acting as a central member of the Transformation Team, attending all relevant meetings and contributing to team success.

    EXPERIENCE

    Essential:

    ·       Proven ability to analyse and report data effectively to support decision-making.

    ·       Successful track record in managing and maintaining strong client relationships.

    Desirable:

    ·       Experience in Continuing Healthcare (CHC) or assessment-based work.  Skilled in working collaboratively with individuals and families in sensitive and complex situations.

    ·       Strong analytical skills and confident in presenting data clearly and effectively.

    ·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    ·       Highly organised, motivated, and reliable.

    ·       Ability to work independently, manage workload, and solve problems using own initiative.

    ·       Effective team player with a focus on collaborative delivery.

    ·       Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.

    ·       Skilled in building positive relationships with colleagues and clients.

    ·       Consistently delivers high-quality work within tight deadlines.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ·       Degree-level qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

    ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    ·       Skilled in using performance software to present and visualise data.

    ·       Strong ability to analyse and interpret data sets.
