Salary: £37,000-£40,000 + annual bonus

Are you experienced in managing complex digital platforms across their full lifecycle? Do you enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions?
We're looking for a Platform Manager to oversee the our patient service platforms for the NHS. You'll be responsible for working closely with external stakeholders to understand requirements and delegate workload with your internal team of Platform Analysts. This role is vital in ensuring we're delivering the roadmap to time and specification by supporting and guiding the team, and deal with escalations.

Everyday you will…
Act as the operational service owner for our Patient Service Platforms working closely with key stakeholders across the Group to ensure operational performance against agreed SLA and KPIs
Support the delivery of technical roadmaps and plans for improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Patient Service Platforms through improved stability, capacity management, quality and cost effectiveness
Line manage a team of Platform Analysts, delegating workload and supporting development
Build relationships and collaborate with our external customers to ensure we understand requirements and deliver an exceptional service

To thrive in this role, you must have...
Experience in platform or project management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Team management experience
Technical experience within writing specifications, testing or providing 1st line support
