  • About More Happi

Coaching is renowned for its transformational learning and self-development benefits. But its high cost means that it has only ever been accessible to those already at the top. There have been no practical options to solve this inequality in the industry - the second fastest growing in the world - until now.

More Happi is the only scalable, impact tech business that truly democratises 1:1 coaching - enabling everyone, at all levels, equal opportunity for personal and professional growth.

    Consistent, incredible feedback

"After just one session I was able to unblock a problem, which I'd been stuck on for years"

"I emerged from the sessions, more focused, purposeful and generally happier."

“My coach is a bit like putting on a pair of glasses. She helps me to see more clearly.”

More Happi has a unique business model that is community driven. Coaches fast-track their career by rapidly gaining ICF accreditation hours, feedback and testimonials. Organisations can finally offer coaching to everyone, not simply those in senior roles.

One year on from launch and our clients include Hello Fresh, Perlego, YuLife, MOO, Blue Ventures, The School of Life, Work.Life, Zinc and more.

    Values & Culture

Our values and culture are at the heart of More Happi. Our mission is to give everyone an opportunity for growth, and that starts within the team. It’s exciting, enjoyable and challenging (in a great way).

We all adopt a growth mindset, develop each other and offer encouragement and support. We love solving problems together and are all T shaped. We are anti bureaucratic in our approach.

We value life as much as the good work we do, so you’ll be sure to have a strong work/life balance. And, as an impact business, it’s important that we leave a positive mark on the world, which is why we are at the early stages of becoming a B Corp.

We’re looking to build the team further.
