    How do you fit in?

    We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Key Account Advisor to join our team on a maternity cover basis. This role is available as a secondment opportunity for internal candidates or a fixed-term contract for external applicants.

    What you’ll be doing

    As a Key Account Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining the smooth day-to-day running of a key client account. You’ll be the first point of contact for any client queries, issues or escalations, working closely with both our clients and internal teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork.


    Key Responsibilities

    Build and maintain strong working relationships with key client contacts

    Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and issues

    Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client concerns

    Monitor the operational performance of the account and flag any issues

    Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and client information

    Support the Account Manager in producing reports and identifying improvements

    Approve uplifts and follow up on overdue tasks

    Attend operational meetings and site visits with the client

    Support new user and site set-up on our systems

    Contribute to client-related projects as required


    What we’re looking for

    Knowledge of Facilities Management (preferred)

    We will be holding an assessment day on Tuesday 2nd July 2025, which all shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend. Please ensure you're available on this date when applying. We are based in Colchester, Essex and our assessment days usually start at 10:00am until 3:00pm.
